I thought this picture was pretty amusing. Kate Skilbeck, also known as Ms Garlic, was dressed up at the Mohawk Valley Garlic and Herb Festival. She seems to be really enjoying herself and making a lot of other people smile, too.

Now that we were assigned the rule of thirds task, I see it being used all the time, just like in this pic.
she's so cute. i love older people. They're really funny. Atleast she can put a smile on peoples faces
when i was looking at just the picture itself, i couldn't figure out what she was supposed to be, but now that ive read the post it makes more sense now. I wish i had been there to see her in person.
