That's really sad. My elementary school used to work with the sea lions specifically. In fourth grade we panted the mural in the tank.
Alot of the animals there seem to be in poor health so, as bad as this may sound, I'm not surprised.
(not that im in this class, but nobody in my class posted anything except like three people), but honestly I always thought the sealions looked the healthiest out of all the animals. They all look so unlively for some reason...but the sea lions are always hopping around and splashing like maniacs. This is really depressing, mostly because I just went to the zoo and saw the sea lions.
